Biographical research

Biographical research entails searching for all preserved documents related to a specific individual. Typically, archives contain a vast amount of documents containing information about the lives of our ancestors. These materials include personal files with questionnaires and autobiographies, which may also contain photographs of the individual, residential registration documents, as well as civil registration records: birth, marriage (divorce), and death. Biographical research may also involve searching criminal cases, party records, personal files from educational institutions, depending on the individual's history. More often than not, people seek biographical research services to study the life of a relative who lived in the 20th century, in order to learn more about the person and their family, for further genealogical research.
