Interim report
If you ordered a genealogical study or full lineage reconstruction, you will receive an interim progress report. After the second payment, our specialists complete the search.

Upon completion, you receive a detailed report, including discovered records and document copies.

The final cost of the service depends on the scope of work, geographic coverage, complexity of the search, and condition of the archival records. The price is set after a careful review of the provided source materials and an assessment of the feasibility of the research. This allows clients to understand in advance how much time and resources will be required to obtain one or more documents, or to fully reconstruct ancestral information and build a family tree.
Payment for extensive research is made in two stages:
- The first stage is the advance payment before the start of work, which amounts to 50% of the total cost. This stage ensures the beginning of the project and allows specialists to plan the work with archives, identify key sources, and prepare a search map.
- The second stage is the payment of the remaining part after the completion of the first stage and the receipt by the client of a preliminary report containing the documents found and the initial information about the family. This approach ensures transparency and guarantees that the client sees results before the final payment is made.
The timeframe depends on the scope of the research, the number of archives involved, and their workload. On average, the work takes from six to ten months, but exact timeframes are specified individually. More complex cases, such as studying several family lines or searching for rare documents in international archives, may require more time.
In the course of research, both primary genealogical sources (parish registers, confession lists, and census records) and alternative materials are used: personal family records, letters, photographs, resident lists, military and service documents, as well as the collections of historical and scientific institutions. Each document is carefully processed and recorded, verified for authenticity, and compared with other sources. Although the possibility of an unsuccessful search exists, it is extremely rare thanks to a comprehensive verification system and the processing of all available documents.

Yes, our center provides the service of searching archival documents to prove Polish or Romanian origin, Jewish or German ancestry, as well as other ethnic backgrounds. Our specialists will help you gather a package of documents consisting of official archival certificates and (or) certified copies for submission to the consulate or immigration authority of the country of your interest. The client is responsible for arranging translations and apostilles after receiving the research results.
For a more accurate search, it is recommended to provide as much information as possible: the full names of ancestors, dates of birth and death, details of places of residence, data about close relatives, and any known family events. The more initial information is provided, the more effective and faster the search will be, and the results will be more complete and reliable.
After the completion of archival research, a family tree is created that includes the identified ancestors with dates and places of birth and death, as well as key events in their lives. For ease of understanding, additional presentation options are possible: interactive maps of family migrations and diagrams of kinship connections between distant generations.
